With decades of experience in health research, education, and hands-on practice, I bring a deep and personal understanding of what it truly means to be well. My journey spans roles in the medical field as an oncology research coordinator, in health and wellness as an instructor and coach, and in education as a dedicated health teacher.
Backed by multiple degrees and certifications in health and well-being, I’ve combined professional knowledge with a lifelong passion for uncovering what truly supports the body, inside and out. This foundation is the heart of Dream Mix Creations, where every product is crafted with integrity, intention, and ingredients your body can trust.
My Story
Despite my extensive background in health research, education, and wellness practice, the most powerful lessons I’ve learned have come from personal experience. Over the years, I’ve dealt with adverse reactions to medications, chemical sensitivities, food intolerances, and autoimmune symptoms that turned my life and my perspective upside down.
These challenges became my greatest teachers. Frustrated by the lack of truly clean, effective options in the health and beauty industry, where profit often outweighs purity, I began a mission to find real solutions. I quickly discovered that most products are packed with refined ingredients, synthetic chemicals, and marketing claims that don’t align with what our bodies actually need.
So I became my own test subject. I researched, experimented, failed, and tried again, driven by a deep belief that health and beauty should go hand in hand, not come at the expense of one another.
After years of dedication and discovery, I created Dream Mix Creations—a line of health-conscious beauty products made with real, pure ingredients your skin will recognize and love. Every product is crafted with care, integrity, and a commitment to true wellness.
